05 - 1 medium carrot, shredded or julienned
06 - 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced

07 - 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
08 - 4 slices deli turkey or ham (optional)

→ Seasonings

09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper thoroughly until smooth.
02 - Arrange tortillas on a clean cutting board and evenly spread the prepared mixture over each, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
03 - Distribute spinach leaves in an even single layer atop the cream cheese mixture.
04 - Place cheese slices, deli turkey or ham if desired, shredded carrot, and sliced red bell pepper evenly over spinach.
05 - Starting at one side, roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
06 - Wrap each roll securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
07 - Remove plastic wrap and slice rolls crosswise into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.
08 - Arrange pinwheel sandwiches on a serving platter. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
