# What You Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and diced
02 - 2 cups ripe peaches, pitted and sliced (about 3 medium peaches)

→ Liquid

03 - 4 cups cold water
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)

→ Sweetener

05 - 2–4 tablespoons agave syrup or granulated sugar (to taste)

→ Garnish

06 - Ice cubes
07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Peach or pineapple slices

# Directions:

01 - In a blender, combine the diced pineapple, sliced peaches, cold water, and lime juice.
02 - Blend on high until completely smooth.
03 - Taste and add agave syrup or sugar as desired, blending briefly to combine.
04 - Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp or reserve for smoothies.
05 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
06 - Garnish with fresh mint leaves and fruit slices if desired.
