# Directions:

01 - Toss chicken pieces with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
02 - Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame seeds in a separate bowl. Whisk until well blended.
03 - Add zucchini, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and broccoli to the seasoned chicken. Pour half the hibachi sauce over the mixture and toss thoroughly to coat all pieces.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes before cooking.
05 - Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
