Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows (Printable Version)

Fluffy marshmallows coated in chocolate, enhanced with nuts, sprinkles, or coconut toppings.

# What You Need:

→ Marshmallows

01 - 24 large marshmallows

→ Chocolate Coating

02 - 7 oz semisweet or milk chocolate, chopped
03 - 1 tbsp coconut oil or unsalted butter (optional, for smoother coating)

→ Toppings

04 - 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, or hazelnuts)
05 - 1/2 cup sprinkles
06 - 1/4 cup shredded coconut
07 - Flaky sea salt, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to set dipped marshmallows.
02 - Insert a lollipop stick or wooden skewer into each marshmallow, pushing about halfway through for stability.
03 - In a heatproof bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil if using. Melt over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) or microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until completely smooth and glossy.
04 - Holding each marshmallow by the stick, dip into melted chocolate, turning to coat completely. Allow excess chocolate to drip off for a few seconds.
05 - Immediately roll or sprinkle with your chosen toppings while chocolate is still wet. Press gently to ensure toppings adhere.
06 - Place coated marshmallows on prepared baking sheet. Let set at room temperature for 30–60 minutes, or refrigerate for 15 minutes until chocolate is firm.
